Zippy Panda provides Discover subjects, Learning Units, parent-managed learner profiles, contextual AI assistance and quizzes intended to support active learning.
2. Parent responsibility
A parent manages the account and learner profiles. The parent must provide accurate account information and use the service consistently with applicable child-privacy and consent requirements.
3. AI and educational limitations
AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect and should be questioned and verified. Zippy Panda is not a substitute for professional educational, medical, legal or psychological advice.
4. Acceptable use
You must not disrupt the service, gain unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, misuse AI endpoints or infringe another person’s rights.
5. Historical activity
Saved conversations and quiz attempts are presented as historical records. A new quiz attempt may contain a fresh question set.
6. Availability
The website or AI provider may become temporarily unavailable. Saved Learning Units, conversations and historical attempts are designed to remain independently stored.
7. Legal completion
Governing law, liability language, contact details and jurisdiction-specific consumer terms must be completed before production launch.
